I'm a Product Designer, previously at MSCI Inc., designing tools that help institutional investors make sense of AI, sustainability, and climate risk - used by 1000+ clients worldwide.
I think in systems. The messy problems excite me - where user needs, data, and business constraints are all tangled up. I zoom out first, understand the whole thing, then figure out what actually needs fixing.
I hold a bachelors degree on Humanising Technology from NMIMS School of Design, a multidisciplinary program that blended design, technology, and human-centered research.
How I work
I start with research - heuristics, behavioural data, contextual inquiry - to figure out what's actually happening. Then I prototype fast. Static mocks hide problems; interactive prototypes reveal them in minutes.
I design for systems where AI is part of the workflow. That means thinking about model confidence, designing for uncertainty, and making sure users understand what they're interacting with. The core question stays the same: what does this person actually need, and what would it take to build that well?
